Our Story
J&R was built on the back of real construction experience in New Zealand — one of the most demanding building environments in the world. Commercial-scale timber framing, structural floor systems, weatherboard cladding, weatherproofing, formwork, concrete work, and sandwich panel installation. Projects ranging from large residential builds to multi-storey commercial structures.
That's the background we bring to the Costa Brava. The scope of work is different here — but the standard isn't. Every timber framed, every weatherboard fixed, every panel set is done the same way it was done on those big NZ sites: measured, correct, and built to outlast the client's expectations.
